This week’s Disney Almost or Wordless Wednesday theme is Resorts and Relaxation in honor of Mother’s Day. Disney’s Castaway Cay was an epitome of relaxation for me. How can one not feel the stress of life evaporate when stepping into this fantasy island?
We would have been perfectly fine if the ship docked on the island for seven days.
*Advance Happy Mother’s Day to my fellow Disney moms!!
Want to preserve those memories? I have a Shutterfly photo book GIVEAWAY!
A big Thank You to Debs for hosting. Please check the button below for more Disney posts and pictures.

Love your blog! Found you on the hop! We live pretty close to Disney and love it, too! Did you really like the cruise?
We loved the Disney cruise! It’s one of those experiences that need to be repeated. Thanks for stopping by.
Gorgeous turquoise water! I wouldn’t mind staying for more than seven days. Haha!

I missed the hammock when we were there – you definitely look relaxed!! I agree – spending a week there would be just about perfect!
It was the perfect area to relax and not too crowded.
Castaway Cay is absolutely my favorite Disney “relaxation spot”. Wish I could visit more often!
Don’t we all wish it didn’t cost so much to get there? =)
Looks so relaxing. I agree, a week there would be amazing!

Me too! It almost looks unreal!
I’m impressed that you can look so relaxed in a hammock. I lack that ability. If that picture were of me, you’d see my fingers with a death grip on the mesh and every muscle locked in place. I always feel like I’m about to flip out of those things.
You pull it off though. The island sounds fantastic.

Castaway Cay is awesome! My husband has the same problem with hammocks.

You are way too cute in that first shot – so awesome with the boat in the background.
I’ve heard others say that about Castaway Cay, that it’s their favorite part of the cruise!! Can’t wait to check it out someday.

Thanks Tami! Castaway Cay is my husband’s favorite private island. The ship could have dropped him off there and he would have been happy.
I wish I were there right now! Looks VERY relaxing!
