We visited Maui, the “Valley Isle”, in April 2011 for a Spring Break getaway. This was a return trip since we we were here 4.5 years ago for two days during a cruise stop. We visited some favorite places again and spent a little more time on the beach and explored the upcountry and an unforgettable visit to Haleakala National Park. This time the visit was a little bit more documented and we ate out quite a bit more and stayed at three very different lodgings on the island. We hope you enjoy Maui as much as we did.
